We understand that TK cargo is handled at SVO I by Airport Moscow, we need your help as to how the cargo can be transferred to SVO II. Can Sheremetyevo Cargo take delivery of cargo on flight arrival itself.

If you want to send Dangerous Goods by TK Airlines we will not be able
to transfer cargo from SVO-1 even if you give the TELEX.
If you decide to send cargo by another airline (for example: Air
France, KLM, Korean Air, Air China, Delta Airlines etc.) you will not
have to send the TELEX because only Sheremetyevo-Cargo handles these
airlines.

If your friend are pointed in airwaybill (as Consignee) he himself will be able to receive the documents and make customs clearance.If another man are pointed in airwaybill (as Consignee) that your friend will have to make the power of attorney for receiving the documents.Unfortunately our company will not be able to help you with customs
clearance of live animal in Sheremetyevskaya Customs.
